Certified Energy Plans Examiners (CEPEs) are widely recognized as professionals who have a firm understanding of the California Energy Commission's Title 24 (Part 6) Energy Standards. They are qualified to do Title 24 reports or to function as Plan Checkers, and have agreed to conduct themselves with professionalism and ethics.
