Dear CABEC Conference Attendees, Exhibitors, Speakers and Sponsors,
Due to the rapidly escalating global pandemic of Coronavirus (COVID-19) and after careful consideration of the situation, It is with deep regret that the CABEC Board of Directors has made the difficult decision to postpone the 2020 CABEC Conference and the 2019 CEA Exams scheduled for next week.
We pride ourselves in being able to bring all of the leaders in the energy industry together at our conference, but as the days have gone by we have been hearing from Speakers, Sponsors and Attendees who have had to cancel due to travel restrictions and conference bans. Your safety and well-being is CABEC’s first priority.
The CABEC Conference will be rescheduled at the Temecula Creek Inn for a later date within the year so that we will not be financially burdened by this change.
The CABEC Board will convene next week to set the rescheduled date and has agreed to make an announcement to all attendees by Friday, March 20th. This decision will be based on the needs of our members, supporters, and the venue dates of availability.
Due to the extreme circumstances, we will be giving all attendees CABEC credit towards the rescheduled Conference and additional CEA Exams locations.
If you had a reservation at the Temecula Creek Inn, for your convenience we have cancelled all of the room reservations.
