Choosing a strategy for modeling various residential projects using performance software can be challenging. This Brown Bag session will focus on identifying different approaches for modeling building zones based on the residential building type, number of stories, HVAC system, or to work around modeling software capabilities. We will take a look at building zone strategies for single-family, townhouse, low-rise and high-rise multifamily residential projects.
