The PG&E Multifamily Upgrade Program, a whole-building retrofit program for apartment buildings, presents a great opportunity for raters. The Program rewards projects that push for deep energy savings: as energy savings increase, property owner incentives become more generous. If the project achieves total energy savings of 25% or higher, assessment incentives, typically paid to the rater, increase as well.
During this presentation, we will discuss program achievements to date, examine some typical projects, and preview new Program opportunities. You will learn the necessary steps to become a certified Program rater, and how the Program can add value for your clients.
