Multifamily New Construction Incentive
SCG, SDG&E, SCE (but not for 2016 Code)
Res-CEA Required for low-rise MF, Res-CEA, Nonres-CEA, or PE for high rise.
2013 CEA's grandfathered.
CAHP-SF
Single Family New Construction Incentives
TRC for PG&E, SCG, SDG&E, SCE (but not for 2016 code)
Res CEA required for all new construction CF-1Rs.
2013 CEAs grandfathered. Anticipated until end of 2017.
CMFNH

All-Res types. Voluntary CEA- 1 point awarded within the energy bucket. No Res/Nonres distinction.

New Construction Solar Home Incentive Program- MF or SF
CEC
Above-code Incentive- CEA required corresponding to code year and appropriate Res/Nonres.
Basic 'code' Incentive- no CEA required.
The Above-code Incentive Tiers have been eliminated. NSHP ending new reservations in a year.
